apple,cored and cubed
1 cup carrots,peeled and grated lemon juice
1/4 cup raisins
1 1/2 cup (4oz.) plain nonfat or low fat yogurt
2 oz. Swiss cheese,diced(low fat or non -fat) (optiional)
Place apple and carrots in small bowl,sprinkle with lemon juice, and toss. Add raisins,cheese, and yogurt;mix well.
