1 lb. lean ground beef
2 ½ c. water
3 c. uncooked egg noodles
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/3 8oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
In 10-inch skillet brown ground beef, drain. Sprinkle uncooked noodles over meat. Combine water, tomato sauce and onion soup mix. Pour over noodles in the skillet. DO NOT STIR. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir and serve.
