1 c. canned meat, chicken, beef or pork
1 can carrots, corn, or peas
4 c. water
1 c. cooked rice, macaroni, or spaghetti broken into 1 inch pieces
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper.
Drain meat and rinse with hot water to remove extra fat. Place water, meat, and onion in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes,. Add vegetables with juice and rice or pasta. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Season to taste.
