Tuna Chowder

1 c. chopped carrots

½ chopped onion, small

¼ c. flour

2 6 oz. cans tuna, drained

1 c. chopped celery

1 Tbl. Oleo

6 c. skim milk

2 c. macaroni, cooked

 

Cook carrots, and celery in small amount of water, until tender. Brown onions in oleo in large pan. Add milk and flour stirring constantly (Slowly add in milk). Cook on medium until thickened. Add tuna, macaroni, and chopped cooked vegetables to soup. Heat 10 minutes.
